as the ashes fall from my finger tips
and my mind escapes its earthly grasp
I float away
threw my dismay
and the blackest of night
becomes my brightest day


A poem I wrote over 20 years ago it came to me one day and never really knew exactly what it meant.... I believe now it was a message to me from god ..in some way over the years it has always return to me when all seems lost and dark..
