Hear what the Spirit is saying
Jesus promised the
Holy Spirit if we would
So partake thereof
To wait involves being still
and truly knowing Him
Hear what the Spirit is saying,
So the Word of God declares,
Relationship secure in Jesus,
Whereby His love with us shares.
Hear what the Spirit is saying,
Abide secure in Christ,
Is He Lord and Savior,
Does His love with us so abide.
Hear what the Spirit is saying,
His Word with us so dwells,
Knowing His love and wisdom,
That He imparts to all who with Him so abide
.
Hear what the Spirit is saying,
As news foretells of hurdles yet to come,
Are we drawn yet closer to so abide,
Secure in Christ in whom all hope doth dwell.
Hear what the Spirit is saying,
Hearing the voice of the Shepherd himself,
Power of victory as we so respond,
The Spirit himself with us dwells
Hear what the Spirit is saying,
Aware of the victory that He doth intend,
For Lo He is calling us yonder,
Biding us Come; for with Him our home twill be.
Hear what the Spirit is saying,
Is He knocking at your hearts door,
Open and respond to His gentle leading,
For behold before us lies yonder shore.
He that hath an ear let Him hear
