Anger is a bad trait, we don't need
It can start with just , the smallest of seed
It darkens you soul, and continues to feed
If not reeled in , someone will bleed
Words can be used , to make someone mad
They can be used , to make someone sad
They are just words ,that people tend to abuse
Let them get you mad , you are the one to loose
Keep calm , when you are attacked
The words will roll , right off your back
If you let them make you mad , you will see
Your temperature rise , and no peace with thee
Everyone is human , and this we know
Let go of anger , and you will grow
Proverbs says , a fool is quick to anger
Listen to the Word , become a better angler
Blinded by rage , is not how to be
Fishers of men , Jesus wants from thee

If anger causes one to sin, then we shouldn't have it. But if it is righteous answer about a situation at work, not a coworker but the situation, then it is understandable and if handled correctly does not cause one to sin. But I agree we should not have the anger that can cause one to sin. God bless.

getting mad and yelling doesn't do any good as soon as you start yelling you loose the person you are yelling at. it would serve you better to tell the person where they messed up ,if they continue to mess up you will have to make changes. nothing personal its business . remember a fool is quick to anger , I struggled with anger for a long time . After reading a lot in proverbs I was able to control my anger even when yelled at . so much more peaceful now. I had a person scream at me I told him he didn't have to talk to me that way. That made him yell even more when he was finished I told him I loved him . A couple hours later he apologized . while he was screaming I couldn't help but to think wow I wonder if I looked like he did when I used to go postal. I used to argue with my dad all the time it was bad. I would hold on to that anger for hours it would fester. After learning to keep calm his words just rolled off my back . I felt sorry for him because I knew he was steaming for hours ,like I used to. its not good for your soul or your health. God bless and peace be with you brother.
