My love, my joy,
the shaft of light through the thundercloud
forming the rainbow of hope
toward the end of the storm;
My magnet so strong I can't tear myself away.
My mind fastens and stays in your excellent words!
Bathing in your meanings,
not understanding,
but praying as light upon light makes clear my steps.
My praises my insides lift and gently tickle
when I think of the majesty of heaven taking the body like mine
only without sin,
and promising the power to
his powerful word!
He said it; I believ it;
He knows it; I hope it;
He encourages;
I praise with stammering lips,
but the flood won't be held back forever!
Soon the dam will burst and waves of praise
will flow eternally moving to the farthest universe,
reflecting the love of Jesus for every created being.
He cares; he loves; he wants to be
our savior, our husband, our eternity!
Looking eye to eye, fastened immovable,
only to part long enough to tell others how great is he.
What joy, what happiness to hope in soon becoming forever sinless
in the very life, living the very life of Jesus.
Encouraging and uplifting and helping others to see him better,
asking for another angel, I walk into the night;
it sems lonely, but it is not.
I turn my mind to the glory of God's word
and promises from his prophets,
and my mind is with Jesus,
and my fears are no more.
The demonic spells curl toward me,
then flow around me not touching.
I am in another world, the real one.
This is all vapors and smoke and cries
and lies surrounding to distract.
I dare not look at an urgent salesman,
or I will be caught.
I walk quickly beyond ones speaking blasphemy
lest I even consider their deceptions.
I refuse to discuss abominations.
They are mud we do not touch.
But looking up, I feel a crown of joy pressing on me for a fitting,
it is taken back for completion
and to have one star placed on it,
my own soul
that was delivered solely
by the name of the blood of Jesus
and his infinite love for us.
I must tell others,
there is joy and love;
there is life above;
there is all that we have heard,
but to have it now,
to feel on my brow,
the weight of the crown of praise
being fitted for me now and then
is all in his word.
Praise God,
for he is good,
for his mercy endureth forever,
and his loving kindness for our salvation.
His gentleness has made us great love in kind.
