Thus saith the Lord

To my dear son who's crying in the sidewalk
there will come a day
where his sadness will become joy
and his arms will be lifted up on high
and his enemies will be defeated
side by side his pathway will be strong
because I am holding it with my right hand
thus saith the Lord

There will be days of new wine
and the cup that was broken will be restored
and my spirit will overflow
for blessing and healing to the nations
where no magician nor wizard will cheat you
because my word is within you
and my decrees will be painted in your forehead
as a sign of righteousness for those who fall down
Thus saith the Lord

Look, I put a new heart
to the one who rebels against me
and open the eyes of those who are blind
so they may follow me with all their hearts
is there anything impossible to me? says the Lord
the one who made the ostrich run
and made the earth to spin around
will certainly accomplish this
when they see me at last
They will not be the same
Thus saith the Lord

My dear daughter
tell this to this wicked generation
raise your voice in the squares
let it be heard in the rooftops
Thus saith the Lord
you have despised my name
and made my word a circus for entertainment
you have been playing with my bride
making feasts and drinking wine till noon

But woe unto you
because your parties will become a total desolation
and only then you will cover yourself to ashes
and will look upon my face
I am the Lord, and I will make this to pass
for the sake of mine own name
Thus saith the Lord

Rejoice all the oppressed nations
because my glory is near
I will break the chains and strongholds
and my word will run like a river
to give life to what is dead
Do you see all these skeletons?
They will raise up by one word of my mouth
and like the days of Ezekiel
all of them will worship my name like an army
