At children's camp I learned a Bible verse by saying this. God made me and I am fearfully and wonderfully made. his works are good and I know that full well. (That is from the book of psalms). Next time you have one of those feelings, step in front of the mirror and recite this Bible verse, trusting that God made you as wonderful part of Creation. You were made in His image (The Lord of creation) and He cares for you, no matter how this or that you or others may think.
