My love, my husband waits for me.
Like snow does a veil glisten,
and sway to his whisper;
which is a calm gentle breeze.

A Christian man

his hand is gentle and never forceful,
he respects my wishes and makes me feel worthy.
Even though I am married,

from cruelty.
he never tried to change me
he never snickered behind my back.
he never made me feel like nothing.
Nor has he ever tried to make

He makes me feel like the most important
person in the world.
He never makes me cry.
When I make mistakes he
lifts me up to try.
He always opens the door for me.
i wear the most beautiful wedding ring.
He has a quiet spirit.

I won't chase the past

This is how I recognize Love.
Love is patient through every year,
Forgiving Seventy times seven or more,
Pushing past every wronged tear.
Love is a choice to be kind,
to everyone, even when they aren't.
Love chooses not to envy or want what
another person has, and
are content with what they do have.
Love does not boast,
Love is not Proud.
Love does not dishonor others.
Love is not self-seeking,
Love is not easily angered,
Love keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices with the truth.
Love always protects,
Love always trusts,
Love always hopes,
Love always perseveres.

But where there are prophecies, they will cease;

though my heart was broken
and the past sometimes lingers,
Though my heart was kicked down,
severely beaten, mistreated.
I let them go.
I will hold on to the promise God gave me now,
That he would never leave me.
through my darkest hour.
The love of God sustains me,
Jesus is my friend.
He knows what I have to face,
he knows everything.
he is my rescue and escape.
