Yes, Japan has such websites; however, the finished product is but pixels on a computer screen. Honestly, the reek of feminism is strong on you... lol.
Are there any sites in which I can customize and build my own boyfriend? Like a humanoid, a human like robot? He'll be near perfect and when I don't want him around I can just shut him off. 
As a science fiction reader I remember a story about a guy who went to the factory to pick up his wife. Throughout the story this perfect wife was contrasted with "primitive woman," especially because one of his friends was dating a normal woman instead of just getting a wife made-to-order from the factory like everyone else. Unfortunately the factory-made women seemed a bit more fragile than the real thing... a sudden change put too much stress on this guy's wife and she just went totally blank, nobody home in her brain. He had to take her back to the factory and get a new one.

There's also a story about a christmas present that was routed incorrectly from the future, and a guy in our time got a "Bild-A-Man" set, so he made a duplicate of himself. And the duplicate turned out to be more mentally stable than the original. And the duplicate got the girl the original had always wanted to talk to, but never had the courage to start a conversation with. And the original man... got destroyed. But it was no great loss, the duplicate was better in every way.
Remember, only with Bild-A-Man can you build a man!
Okay, that reference I got. Some of the girls at work are (ad nauseum) singing that "Do you wanna build a snowman" song. They only know two lines of the song though, so that's all they sing. Over and over and over and over... Makes me want to knock them over the head and stick them in the freezer so they can truly claim to be Frozen.
