these little balls of awesome are called "mochi." They are chewy rice cakes with various fillings like bean paste or ice cream :D

You might have run into my brother at an Otacon or two. Or seen him on Janime's, the forum/chat for otaku. He was Mercu online.

Love Azumanga Daioh (although the manga is a little better). For many years, I was well acquainted with Nyamo's American VA, Monica Rial. We hung out a lot, and spoke online through LiveJournal and FB quite a bit. I gave her a monkey for her birthday.
