Learning how to navigate through conflicts effectively is a lifelong journey and can quickly destroy relationships if not handled correctly. One of my favorite versus around this is Ephesians 4:15. Speak the truth in love the next time you're frustrated by using I statements and giving your partner the benefit of the doubt by considering all the situational factors that may have influenced their behavior.

How else could we apply "speak the truth in love" in romantic relationships?
