Don't feel too bad, buddy. A lot of us made boneheaded decisions due to inexperience. I'm still paying for mine and probably will continue to do so on and off for the rest of my life.

Don't fall for the lie that this is your last chance at love (you have a lot more life to live). Don't fall for the lie that you need a woman to stay happy. You don't.

You are where you are in life. The best thing you can do now is move on regardless. Use your experience to bless others. Believe it or not, you've already been a blessing to me.
Don´t curse you yourself, my brother!

That was a lesson your are learning, not a curse you are to pay.

thanks for your advice but why is everyone telling me I deserve better? If any of you knew what kind of person I use to be I don't think any of you would think that way. She's not the bad guy here.

Christ makes all things new. If, indeed, you are redeemed and seek to build a Godly life, you owe it to both yourself and God to either use your singleness to serve him or find a Godly woman.

You've been forgiven and it is time to begin again.

Uggghhh, SecularHermit is right. I really ought to follow my own advice.

You are only partially defined by what you have done in the past. But who you consider yourself now (an identity in Christ) and what you do with that identity will define you more.

People our age are in a strange place. It's like a relapse of being an adolescent in a bizarre way. We are confident in our experiences and those experiences give us wisdom. But by today's standards, we are still remarkably young. We fail to recognize that there is still time for us, if we so choose, to dramatically alter our paths for the better in many ways.

Either way, be glad you found Christ early in life (it's still early). The old you can provide context and wisdom, but he doesn't necessarily have to determine direction.

Praying for you, man.

Dude, I used to be a complete d-bag before Christ.

We were all not right in the head (and more importantly the heart) before Christ. Whatever stupid crap you've done, someone else has done it before, and God's seen it all. None of us deserves the sacrifice that was paid, yet here we all are.

Look before you leap - what do you see? I don't see a safety net here - in fact I see an awfully long fall onto some pretty jagged rocks. This doesn't even have the appearance of ending well.

It probably hurts and at this point it may seem hard to believe, but you have a new lease on life.

Go out and get'em tiger.

Isn't that what Mary Jane told Peter Parker?
