or anyone else having sleep problems:

Excerpt From Article:

According to recently published industry research, Somnapure (30 count) was the sales leader among non-pharmaceutical sleep aids in all retail outlets for the 24 weeks ending in mid-October 2014.
“It’s rare when a product races straight to the top,” says a company spokesperson, “based mostly on word of mouth and media. Our success is due to how well Somnapure helps you get to sleep quickly, stay asleep, and wake up alert and clear-headed. When consumers need help, they turn to Somnapure. The numbers speak for themselves.”
No wonder Somnapure has generated an unprecedented level of buzz in retailers like Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, and GNC.

it's weird..I can fall asleep just fine during the daytime. I can fall asleep while a movie is on, but once nighttime comes and it's dark and quiet, forget it..can't sleep a wink unless I take Unisom or something.. :( thanks for this thread, p_.. :)

I have a similar problem. You might try sleeping with the lights and the radio on. Sleeping with a light on helps me. I threw in the radio for good measure.

I had used those too, I had bought a strand at walmart (white, and about 10 feet) and some pink/peach silk flower strands as well. Then I puched the white lights through these flower heads and the white lights shone through the peach petals (while the vine concealed the lights wire).

That was not only a nice soft light but really beautiful too.

Although, I didnt use it to help me sleep, I dont sleep much, but I dont like to sleep (I always fight having to go to sleep) often pulling all nighters three times a week.

Last night I stayed up all night till around 7:00 AM this morning went to bed then slept for a couple hours and woke up at 10:30 AM so I can live on very little sleep.

My husband might like to know about these though, I'll pass this info off to him, Im sure he will give it a try.

Might be dated (sure) this was from ten years back (in my daughters room, in the evening) but I just thought these gave such a nice warm glow in the room (but easy to fall alseep with as well)

I should have invested in one of those "clappers" now that I think about it

(clap on clap off?) lol
