We are social beings, designed to have empathy, to work as teams, to be part of a family, a group, to communicate.
We talk, we express all our ideas in language which is based on relationship, on sharing. We benefit from learning of our societies, our shops, food, electronics. We could not exist without relationships, it is the definition of life itself.
At our core love calls out to our parents, no matter how good or bad they are. After being hurt, and lost, we withdraw and deny our needs, and let few in or any, so stopping the pain or love from being recognised or even expressed.
Jesus and his gospel is about getting healing for this pain and learning to let the love out, and become strong enough to survive the blows of rejection and positive praise and sharing. The Kingdom is about sharing from the heart and finding real joy. It is sad when people end in defeat in this area, and do not find freedom, but I can declare there is real love and hope in Jesus.....
