And now, presenting the one thing every woman wants to hear....

(drumroll please)

*Lynx crams a paw in his mouth. Sometimes that's what a woman wants to hear from you, silence.

Say and do these things.

I'll cook dinner

I did the laundry.

You sleep, I'll take care of the kids.

I'll vacuum.

Let me massage your feet.

Here's the remote watch whatever you want.
Yeah, and about that time the women wakes up, hubby sitting in his Lazy Boy with the remote, watching NASCAR, looks at her 'n' sez............"You gonna fix anything to eat today?"

"I have a large bank account"!
Not every woman wants to hear this. For me personally money has nothing to do with it. Although some do.

I believe you are completely sincere.

The problem is...
every woman who ISN'T sincere also says the exact same thing.

Oh, and she also says, "I don't want to change you."
: )

I agree. I grew up where my parents lived month to month and worked for everything that we have and sacrificed so my sister and I could have things that we needed and not wanted. They brought me up in that same mind set, I don't have a desire to sit back and have other people do things for me that I can do myself. Although it would be nice to do it side by side.

I just checked my email and found I'd received 2 new messages. One was from a restaurant chain I used to frequent and one was from a Christian dating site I used to subscribe to.

My mind has a habit of mashing things together, and so, my brain interpreted both messages at the same time, resulting in: "We'd Love to Introduce You To... Our New Breakfast Scones."

To which, my immediate mental reply was, "Oh, baby. Yes, yes, yes." :p

Actually, silence from men is the one thing women probably dread the most.

Yes. I totally agree with you because it makes you question yourself that we did something wrong.

You are the most incredible woman I've ever met.

Clear your schedule for the day…. I've planned something special.

Actually, silence from men is the one thing women probably dread the most.
That all depends on the silence. Lack of communication is bad, but there's definitely a time when listening silently is valuable, when actions speak louder than words, or when an overload of emotion means the poor guy can't find the words to express stuff but the silence speaks volumes. ( Yes, someone here seems to have a gift for hearing what isn't said and getting along well with those men of few words, at least in person)

Honey, I took the trash out.
Nope. They secretly won't be happy unless you let it pile up. Why do you think everyone lets the garbage overflow? Its not because we want bananna peels on the kitchen floor. Its not like we play mario kart in there, we do that in the living room.

Our newest gender restricted access network via peer reviewed scientific PHD researchers belive that its because being nagged at is inevitable, and it is far better to just attempt to control the flow of nagging than to stop nagging itself. Turns out, based on a triple blind study with 2/3 of the group using placebo, that if there is nothing to be nagged about it is an inevitability that something will be created.

If the trash is allowed to pile up intetionally, it directs the flow of nagative energy into a direction that is managable and predictable. Its far better to have her happy in every other way thinking "my man is so great, only gripe i have is that he slacks on taking the trash out". Than some random uncontrollable reason that may result in worse overall damage being done.

I obviously can't link directly to my source due to the classified nature of the material, but even the authors admit in the document itself "We still can't claim to undestand anything about the opposite gender, but this is our best theory yet". So take it with a grain of salt :p
