How in the world did they get all the needed construction materials up there?
What a pain it would be having to climb up and down all the time!

Unless you just did not go anywhere, and had everything delivered...

This beautiful house is not very far from where I live:

Where do you live... the poolhouse? ;)
Haha you funny! No, not that close :D

The house is in West Vancouver according to the accompanying info...

but I thinkthe image is flipped...

That land mass across the water on the right should be on the left.
If it is Point Grey, where the university endowment lands are :)

Any home would be nice as long as I have loved ones to share it with.

Perfect for me is what I've got in progress right now. It's quite small, only two rooms, and has only what I need. I like living simply and sparse, so even 24x24 seems roomy when it isn't loaded up with excess furniture and junk. I hope to finish it in the next couple of years.

If I lived near that house, I'd steal it when no one was looking!

(it's a joke of course)

Can you give us a step-by-step idea of what you attempt?
i click on the the right side menu where the links are for video pictures etc.. when i click on the upload picture one it says i can only put a link in . it does not give me a choice to upload one from my computer....

That is a damaged and defective part of this forum that they don't seem to know how to repair. A year ago, I could post from both my own computer and from a remote URL. Many of us can no longer post from our own hard drives. That option is no longer available to us.

There is a solution which takes very little time that I have explained a number of places, and though some have said it is too much trouble, it probably takes less than a minute. That would be to find a good image host site to upload your file to, and then use the direct link to post on the boards here. I use Postimage.org — free image hosting / image upload
