Throughout my 2+ years here I have seen you consistently try to bring peace to many a heated and chaotic discussion. You do so without a hint of "putting them in their place" or snarkiness, but out of a genuine desire for "zero turbulence" and unity.
I know that the role of peacemaker is not the one you intended for yourself here when you started your account, but your presence here and your Christ-like compassion have not gone unnoticed or unappreciated by this member. So take a break if you must. Thicken your skin a little. But if you do go, please return and rejoin in the fellowship.

Eh, you and I have been here about the same amount of time, Zero, and I've noticed that you have these spells every now and then.
I know you get frustrated--we all do.
Over the years, I've seen you announce that you're leaving many, many times here on CC... but remember, there are always people who tell you how much you're needed and how much they want you to stay, so you despite your always saying you don't have friends, you really do! Some of us have taken a lot of time and effort to get to know you, even if it's just through reading your posts.
One thing I also know for sure, you may take a break for a while, but you always come back.
It's ok... we all do that sometimes. I have a tendency to quietly "Ninja In and Out" myself. Take a break and come back when you're ready.

And for what it's worth ZT, my apologies for getting on your case a bit in the other thread yesterday. I could see that you weren't your normal encouraging self, and should have led with concern for you instead of calling you out on it. I've read enough of you posts to know that you are normally one of the most encouraging and uplifting for those who are hurting and down that we have on this forum. You can't fool us, we know you're a pretty good guy.
I don't think ZT was bidding goodbye. He just wanted to take a break and go 'to da loo'.
ZT, it was very kind of you to let us know that you are going 'to da loo'. You may take a well-deserved break. Please come back refreshed and with the thick skin that CatHerder suggested.

when i came to CC you were easy-going and appeared to have a contented spirit. in the last couple months, i've read some posts that made me surprised to see your name associated with it. it seems like you're struggling and dealing with some things that are affecting your attitude.
i really do understand, because i've found myself in that space as well before (even not that long ago), and sometimes the best thing for us is a break away from some things.
i really hope and pray that in your break, you can find some clarity and renewal of your spirit. i also prayed for you tonight.
