I'm looking to start a support group to help with single people trying to keep pure. It's hard and the struggle is real and ..talking to each other in prayer and support seems like a good idea. I can't be the only one out there feeling this way. Let's help each other stay on track . Anyone in ?

There are many things that are hard to do. I don't know of many things that are hard to not do. Except maybe breathing and eating.

Most of the regulars around here are committed to abstaining from sex outside of marriage as God commands. I don't know that we feel the need for a specific support group, but we're always willing to give you an encouraging word and help you feel not so alone when things get tough in that area.

Sis, you might find it helpful to simply post here in threads that interest you, being vocal about abstinence when appropriate. Many of us find our online buddies to be a good distraction from loneliness and other issues. Not that we should simply ignore things, but some of us find it actually harder to behave in that area of life when we discuss it a lot; it reminds us of something that isn't a part of our lives right now.

Also, reading what others have to say here is a great way to meet guys and see who's like-minded :D!
