Okay, have fun!!My turn: Dare; write a loveletter to sombody on cc, and post it here (don't forget to mention the person's name)

Dear PopClick,

You don't just troll the forums, you troll my heart like no other. If love were a message board, gurl our language would be our very own BBCode - but before you go hitting that reply button, just know that I #<3u.

Sincerely,
Virtually Infatuated

Next person - Truth:
On a scale of 1 - 10, how do you rate in terms of your ability to rate yourself honestly? ;)

Obviously, nobody feels like posting a picture of them doing ducklips; wich is why I decided to replace that dare. New dare: Write your own Doctor Who song, and post it here.

Well I just watched Les Mis and I like doing song parodies so let's see if I can do this Dr. Who song thing (despite never having seen an episode (do I lose some kind of nerd cred for admitting that)).

Have you seen this awesome show?
We watch it every week or so.
It is the show for all those people who have weirdness in their heads.
When you turn your TV on
And then you hear the tardis hum
Then you'll be watching Dr. who till tomorrow comes

(If you didn't figure it out, this is to the tune of do you hear the people sing.)

Ok so truth: How old were you when you went on your first date (or how old do you want to be for those of us who are still waiting for that first date)?

Oh BTW for anyone who doesn't know: rules of truth or dare: you answer the question honestly (truth) or you do whatever crazy thing the other person said to do (dare).

To stray from the life path that I'd originally planned out.

Truth: What is your happiest memory that you're comfortable sharing?

Ugh, tough question. Lets see, Graduating college, both times. See the looks on kids faces when they finally understand something that I've been teaching. Hanging out with my mom. (She can be a ton of fun.) Too many to think.

Dare: Go out and do something nice for a stranger and then tell us about it.

I don't know if this counts but... Well, today I helped an old woman in a shop. I just helped her get some stuff she couldn't reach... Anyways, Dare: write a nonsense letter to someone and post it on the thread. (idk, I've got a thing for letters)

Dear Catherder,

Your herd of cats makes me sneeze, cough and wheeze.
Could you please brush them and rid them of their fleas?
Give them a bath so they look all shiney and new.
Put them in the shower and bathe them,
Like we humans do..

:p

Truth: what is the scariest thing you have ever seen?

My mom and dad yelling at each other. It was the end of the world for a six year old boy. Parents don't yell at each other. I still remember wondering what would happen next and wishing I could rewind time and do the whole day different.

I dare the next person to make friends with a mean dog or a snobby cat. It's easy to do actually... just figure out how to say "I'm a friend" in their language.

I have done that dare already, actually. A neighbor of mine had a vicious rottie that would lunge at anyone who got near my neighbor. She's in a wheelchair so the dog was extra-protective.. Anyhoo, I went to the neighbor's house one day, and Nika (the dog) came over to me and sat between my legs to be petted and given attention. The more time I spent at the neighbors house, the better the dog got to know me.. eventually she got to where I could take her out and walk her.. I hated that because she was fine with other people walking by but if she saw another dog, oh man.. she would do anything she could to get it. I weigh twice as much as Nika did, but she was 100 pounds of pure muscle, and more than once she almost knocked me on my butt trying to the other dog..

Truth: what is the stupidest thing you've ever done, that a friend or someone dared you to do?

Erm... I think that would be saluting to the first car passing by... The guy in the car saluted back actually... I probably did much stupider dares, but I can't think of them right now. Truth: What is the most embarrassing thing that ever happend to you?

I'll leave this thread,
if anyone wants to explain it to me...

Amanda, each person puts a "dare" at the end of their post and gives a task for the next person to do, or they put "truth" and ask a question that the next poster has to answer. For example, in Lynx's post, he answered the "truth" question that BlueLadyBug asked, and gave a "dare"; a task for the next person to do :).

When I was in the 6th grade, waaaayyyyyy back when 50s style was kinda fashionable again, and I wore circle skirts to school (think like a poodle skirt, without the poodle), a boy I liked pulled the chair I was about to sit down on away from me and I landed on the floor. My skirt flew up and OVER MY HEAD. But I was so stunned I didn't react for a moment and my girlfriend (who was sitting on the other side of me) flipped my skirt back down. I don't think I've been that embarrassed in a very long time. He didn't get into trouble though. None of the teachers were around.

Did you go to church today? If so, what was the message about and how can you apply that to your life right now?

Someone that doesn't frequent the site much now, but we remain in touch.

Dare: Air drum or air guitar to something in front of people. (Bonus points if it's photo or video documented and uploaded for our viewing pleasure.)
