Makes some Chocolate chip cookies and passes them to Seoul. Glares at Zero for even presuming I wouldn't make cookies.

(And yes, I did vote the men will just have to sacrifice themselves and become the guinea pigs for their wives cookies.)

While I HAVE done some baking in the past (cheescakes, brownies, cookie bars), I usually only do for a special occasion and for someone else because not having baked goods in the house helps keeps the weight in check.

Now THAT would be an interesting poll:

"Men, If You Could Choose Between a Heavier Wife (Let's Say 15 Lbs. Heavier) Who Bakes and No Baked Goods At Home (But a Slimmer Wife), Which Will You Choose?"

Hmm.

In a battle between The Model and The Macaroon, who would win?
Define model. The 1906 "Girl of the year" would be about 60 pounds overweight by modern standards. (Side note: she died at 93 years of age. Doctors these days seem to have it just as wrong as fashion.)

So yeah, you can have the Model and the... well I'm not big on coconut, make it marzipan.

15 lbs. overweight is not overweight. Women want too much to be too thin.
What I've been trying and trying and trying to tell them, but all I get is "I really need to lose some weight." Feh.

I am serious about baking cookies though and not just store bought dough. Its homemade, the best kind;)
PREACH IT! Storebought dough is an abomination. Even eaten raw, it just ain't the same.

Oh, yeah, don't forget to say... "Honey! Your cookies are ready..."

Hi. My name is Pipp and I'm a baking maniac. I'm sorry to all the people I've made obese with my warm gooey delicious creations. There... I feel better now that I got that off my chest.

I'm not much of a baker so I'll have to pass on all that, but i do know how to locate great little bakeries that can furnish the sweets. So accept THAT.

Macaroon, no contest. Never trust a thin cook.

"Slimmer Wife. Hands down. No question. Without a doubt. No two ways about it. Just being honest."

I can live without baked goods; I need a healthy wife.

More slim is more healthy -- to a point (*) -- beyond which, more slim is more unhealthy.

At that point (*) is the ideal place to be -- and is the goal for good health and longevity - for both the husband and the wife.

Would I be willing to do my best to stay "thin and trim" if my wife was willing to do her best to stay "thin and trim" also?

( Working toward that mutual goal together. )

"You Betcha!"

:)
