Now things got easier... hehehehe but if I were to choose one it would be saudade!
My favorite word in Nederlands is knoflook. It means garlic, but it is just the most fun word to say. It's pronounced Kuh-noh-floak. Say it again with me: knoflook!
When I was living there, I made dinner and the Dutch eyes were HUGE at the amount of garlic I was putting in the food. At that time (20 years ago) there wasn't a lot of garlic used in their cooking. Had so much fun cooking for them and we all had the best night.
If memory serves, I made Italian food, and garlic bread because DUH.
