I had posted somewhere a line from a song "If it ain't obvious what has set me off today
Behind every woman scorned is a man who made her that way"

I had some guy who I was friends with reply " I never scorned you"

I'm thinking was are you feeling a
guilty? Does anyone have a story like that ?

I don't know. Sure, the guy may have been a bit on edge, but the lyrics seem stupid to me. Women aren't always innocent and men aren't always in the wrong. It takes two to Tango.

Or maybe, just maybe, he felt he'd never scorned you. Sometimes it's good to listen to what people say, not make things up to insert into their words to try to feel justified or prove a point. Honestly your response rings more of a guilty conscience than his.

or rewording again have you every had an off the wall reply?
to something you did?
and the guy lead me on saying he was coming out o meet me. I had plains and about 5 days before he was coming out to see me he text me at 4:30am saying that he did not want to be friends anymore. then sees that post I had 6mo after he stopped talking to me. I can give you the full story. BUT I did not do that post about him. I Quote songs and other stuff often.
I just find replies from people funny at times , even more so when they overreact to it.
