My parents have been calling/texting me this morning to check on their camper that they showed up with last night and asked to leave parked here for a week, and they needed it plugged in to keep the food in the fridge cold. My other parents (in-laws) have actually taken over our fridge because they didn't want to plug in their fridge (next door). My OTHER parents (in-laws) are currently not annoyingly involved with any refrigerators, but they have left their cat with us for an indefinite period of time and they call to talk to him once in a while.
Yes, I feel like I have weird parents. With all their cat refrigeration struggles.

I've often said that if God would have let me choose my parents, and the choices were, let's say, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, or a young couple living in a $5000 trailer in the middle of the nowhere in the Midwest...
I would have made the wrong choice.
My parents are the absolute perfect choice for me, even though in many ways we are complete opposites, and I thank God frequently for them.

looool. The word is CRAAAZY...for tolerating me....for 47 yrs.
And after 50 yrs of marriage and 3 kids...gotta tell ya....they aren't playing with a full deck of cards.
(They drive each other bonkers..its like a comedy act..not kidding) And they would lay down
their lives for each other. Even now!! ....mmmm....that IS "Weird" !!!! .....
But that's okay. I wouldn't trade them for all the money in the world. ....i AM "weird" .
i should make an offer to the gypsies...and sell them.

They are my pillars, best friends and cheerleaders.
I think they are so intelligent, so wise and smart... though they are not always up to speed with trendy stuff, they always catch on.
I used to think I know everything, but then I realized they walked the same path. It was eye opening.
I am so grateful for them. I can't thank God enough.
