Thanks Pink Diamond. Unfortunately it is something I can't do. My joints have always been too loose to have the capacity to run. I admire it and enjoy walking but running would destroy the cartilage in my joints. I do appreciate your heart in trying to help. It says a lot about your character. :)
Thank you :) Running is hard enough on your joints even if you have no issues. It sounds like you are wisely avoiding major injuries. Walking or water exercises/ swimming are probably safer :)

This thread is about things/skills you can't do right now, but wish you could.

Examples: swimming, speaking another language, drawing, singing, etc...

It can be something you plan on doing in the future or something you just can't do for one reason or another..

I'll start...

I wish I could be a pilot. I always wished it but I could never afford the lessons. I ended up with pinched nerves anyway from a job I used to do so I probably couldn't have been a pilot either way...

I also wish I could sing like Steven Tyler from Aerosmith...
You do know, don't you, that you can still fly under FAA regulation Part 103? And I mean by yourself, without an instructor, and actually subject to not that many limitations. And it doesn't cost anything..... other than the aircraft, of course.

Oh and flying is something that would be fun to do. Not by transportation, but actual flying.
But hey, God didn't design us to fly, so no need to reminisce about it :D
Hang Gliding is the closest thing to it. And you CAN do that in about two or three weeks. You can learn to Para Sail in one day.

Knowing me, if I could make my wishes come true, I probably would ruin it all....

Me: *tries to knock 1st kite out of tree using 2nd kite*

*gets 2nd kite stuck in tree*

Genie: please don't w-

Me: I wish for a third kite.
Haha this is one of those rare posts that have actually made me "lol."

I knew I was forgetting something. I wish I could play the cello. Discovered it last year or so and I really like the sound. Speaking of really liking the sound hammered dulcimer is pretty amazing too. But I think if I had to pick one to play it would be cello.

I forgot: I wish I could play the piano. I just don't have the patience to learn it on my own, I need someone to pester me about it :p

Edit: Cool, I didn't read the last two posts before writing this
