But why would a single man over 50 want to get married ?
Why would a single man over 50 want to start a family so late in his life?
Surely it would be very unwise for a man in his 50s to become a dad when he is
less able to be a good dad to a child..
Men want to get married and have children when they are 22-35..
So like a blacksmith a wise woman will strike when the iron is hot.
But why would a single man over 50 want to get married ?
Why would a single man over 50 want to start a family so late in his life?

And who said anything about starting a family? I don't see that anywhere in the OP.
Can you really speak for all men and dictate to women what all men want?
Sounds to me like you need to learn to start speaking ONLY for Yourself and stop speaking for all men, or even all men over 50.
And stop making presumptions about what other peoples intentions are. Seeking marriage doesn't always mean having children either. Some people just want to find a person to love and live with.

...but sorry I'm white and under 50 But don't count us younger white guys out ...we have a lot to offer as well 
I referee an older mens basketball league and the guys that are single aren't even looking . Most live alone and have a good relationship with the ex and the kids . The recovery part of a divorce takes alot out of a man. So my question to u is what do u bring to the table that a stable 50 year old doesn't have? Most guys will want to hear your story .
There are plenty of good men (and women) over age 50 who are single. Some are recently divorced. Some lost a spouse. Things happen. People make mistakes. That is called life..and being human. So...i sure hope...God has saved me ....ONE good guy. (he is allowed to be younger than I am). And I sure hope....you also feel the same way. Judge only...based on how you are treated. (dont judge based on age) There are plenty of men...that prefer older women. A younger guy...could keep up with you and your children. I'll be praying God leads the right man...into your life.
