----Sorry for the double post------

As I was thinking about it...let me just say...That was hard.

One of the things I'm not good at (or desirous of) in my life is self-promotion. There was a time, once, when I was 'talking' with a girl, and she asked me what my best characteristics (strengths to bring to a relationship) were...

I had to text my best friend and go ask my Mom what they thought, because I was literally coming up blank. I was able to list several of these due to people telling me I'm good at them, but it's strange that one of the areas I seem to be weakest at in life pertains to my own self (and not something external).

One thing I am good at is using the tooltip popup to read the first few lines of a thread before I click on it.

A second thing I am good at is legal loopholes.

I declared this contract null and void before I entered the thread, ergo I have no obligation to list ten things.

I'm also good at making sourdough bread, finding good freeware programs to do whatever you need done on a computer and finding things that work best for me even if they are unpopular (for example the Posh Mobile Micro X, the world's smallest android phone.)

Melita I must question #4. By your own reports your attempts at securing a day off have failed repeatedly and rarely, if ever, succeeded. This thread is supposed to be about stuff you're GOOD at. :p

Hey Lynx,
Sorry, brother, but I must defend our sister melita916 on this one.
Se states in #4 that she is good at coming up with random excuses telling the boss why she should have the day off.

It's the 'coming up with random excuses' that she is good at, .....
If the boss doesn't accept them, it's no reflection on mel's ability,
(maybe he's just a boob) , ! (sorry melita, I kid ;) )

Either way, you've got to admit, melita is Really good at coming up with random excuses,
and her #4 bolsters her #9 as well ..... When she shares the 'random excuses' with us, it quite often 'makes us laugh!' :D
(well, they make ME laugh ..... if they don't affect YOU that way,
maybe you're just a boob. ..... AGAIN...I KID!!! ;) ) GBU
