Excuse me! I drive in the left-hand lane all of the time. If I didn't, I'd get in trouble with the police.

It's people like you who drive on the wrong side of the road that make me glad we use metric. ;) Haha!

Everybody who drives faster than I is a reckless speed demon. Everybody who drives slower than I is a doddering old slowpoke. The only speed that does not earn my ire is the exact speed I am driving.

So there! :p

Three things help with road rage. One, remember to leave a few minutes early. If I always leave at the last minute I always have a stressful drive. Three minutes to spare can change the whole driving experience.

Two, remember that everybody on the road is trying to get down the same road at their best pace. For some that may be slower, and some people may have never even heard of the road etiquette rule I just saw them break. Yes, some people have never heard of dimming their lights and some people don't know the left lane is for passing. No I'm not lying or making a bad joke. They really have never heard anybody mention that is what you should do on the road.

Three, when I am thinking "You idiot!" remember that sometimes I have been the idiot.

The queen drives on the left side. :p
And more importantly, Miri and Tintin drive on the left-hand side of the road.

In South Africa we drive on the right side of the road..... which is the left side.

I don't know anything about a Queen but my wife is Queen Bee and that is also right :p

Fast driving is dangerous driving. My solution is to get up earlier around 530 or 600 and drive when there is no traffic. It's a more enjoyable drive and less stress. Plus I'm always early so no worry of being late. :)

Demi where are you - what about the German autobahn. I don't think there is a
speed limit.

I once rode on the Autobahn in Germany with my employer in his Porsche.I was only 18 at the time so perhaps the experience wasn't fully appreciated by me.We drove from a town called Gutersloh to Frankfurt.:)

Proof the left hand side was the original way to do it.
All the right hand drivers are just liberalls :D

Why do some countries drive on the left and others on the right? - World Standards
What I learned from this article is:

Violent feudal nobles had to be on the left so they could easily fight and kill.
Conscientious farmers who didn't want to run over people started the trend of being on the right so they could look where they're going.

So clearly those in Britain, Australia, and other left hand driving countries are old fashioned ruffians looking for an excuse for violence while the rest of us are compassionate and concerned individuals who don't want to do any harm.

That's what that article meant, right? (and yes it was an interesting read, thanks Miri).

Where the heck do you live anyway? I mean, we have deer crossings, but.... They ought to have "armadillo crossing" or "possum crossing" here where I live with small print underneath saying "but really.... don't worry about it. It's not all that important".

Well, the "Zebra crossings" are in the UK. They even have "Pelican crossings"
Never saw either animal though, so I think it's a scam :p
