I'm off soda (we call it 'pop' in Canada) but root beer was my favourite. I also have some treasured memories of Mountain Dew, but the memories weren't so much about the beverage as the people with whom I consumed it. Ginger beer is good too though I haven't found a good one here... yet.

Root beer is an American standard but I never had ginger beer until recently. I really can't say that I liked (or didn't like) it, all I could readily say is that it was a very different flavor.
Cheers, Once. I think we have root beer here. Sarsaparilla is fairly similar, yes? That's reasonably easy to find here.

Ive had ginger beer once in my life, decided I wanted to try it out.

It burned my mouth and was way too hot : p Felt like I needed water afterwards, haha. Not my kinda soda : p

Wow. That's different. I suppose you stay far away from spicy foods. Because I don't understand how ginger beer could be considered any level of 'hot'.

I told a friend about it, and she told me that it could have just been a bad batch of ginger beer. I havent tried it since then, but I did try some ginger lemonade and it was really hot too : p So now Im convinced that it is hot, haha.

But yeah, I literally never eat anything spicy or hot ever.

Interesting. Ginger beer does have a certain zing to it. But it's more flavoursome than any level of spicy.

I don't drink soda anymore (only if I get the stomach flu on occasion), but grape was always my very favourite flavour.

I'm into natural foods.

I only drink water.

And only water that I grow myself.

I avoid soda now and drink Kangen water (alkaline, antioxidant, microclustered water)

But I liked this soda before.

Vanilla Coke is the best from Denny's where the syrup is at the bottom.
