this last week i probably ate far too much sugar (._.')

feelin pretty good though

happy to have a full belly

praise God

coulda chose some better food though

I just worked 12 hrs a day landscaping and I made sure that I had 4 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in my pockets at all times,they are great for energy,I figure that the sugar in the jelly was negligible considering that I burned so many calories,I could almost feel my body immediately using the calories as I consumed them.
