JESUS desires for us to be part of a community where we love our neighbor as ourselves. Christianity is knowing and experiencing GOD'S Love for us and then extending that love to others. Now, we can't give something to others, we don't have ourselves. So let's choose to yield our lives to the HOLY SPIRIT as He pours GOD'S love into our hearts. Then, as we let that love overwhelm us, it will begin to overflow to those around us today.

And there are so many aspect to love. such as "love is patient, love is kind, it keeps no record of wrongs" etc. We have to work hard to show the type of love Jesus was talking about and sadly it seems many Christians aren't truly WORKING at it. How about "love is not easily provoked"? I'd say people are by far too easily provoked. It causes so many problems that could be spared if only love were taken into account. Why do we feel the need to always defend ourselves? That goes along with "love is not proud" I'd say.

Peace be with you Manna2.
Wow! Thanks for your reply. You have asked some beautiful questions which are very important to all. Love is not easily provoked indeed as you said. If any one truly have the Love of GOD in him/her, he/she will not be easily be provoke.
