I had a real awkward date experience recently where we stopped for a quick coffee to kick things off and the guy demanded on separate checks right away, before the cashier even had a chance to ask or before giving me a chance to say anything.

Sure, I can pay for my 2.13 coffee, but dang that stung a little.

Didn't hold any doors, in fact went before me a few times, talked endlessly about cars, smoked so heavily my eyes were burning, and tried to slide in for a kiss at the end of the night.

Just real bad manners and oblivious to social cues.

Wasn't my worst date, but had i known how disappointing it was going to be, I would have just stayed home with my dog.

I met a woman I had been talking to from a dating website. We met at a sports bar. She seemed nice, but a few minutes after sitting down next to her, she reached over and grabbed my crotch and said "so, am I getting some of this tonight?".

Not even kidding.

Sufficient to say, the date was over right away. I got up to leave and could hear her calling me a "faggot" as I left the building.

That was my worst date ever.
Sounds like she would tear up the competition in the date ruining threads.

First I read it as his 'interests' then realize it's 'intestines' hahaha.. I am sure it was very romantic.
And those buns look delicious!
Unfortunately it wasn't a typo. It was intestines.

Blind date -> speed date. Sounds like she was a member of the same gaggle of "classy women" that most of the two-legged dumpster fires I messed around with came from.

I don't think the date happening at the bar had any meaning. Creepy, crappy people can exist in libraries too, or even at church socials.

If there is an axiom to be applied to the situation it is this - anyone so easily willing to share their sexuality with a stranger obviously doesn't value it very much, so why would you want something so worthless?

She is right most people who want to meet at bars male or female are looking for one night stands, and that should have made you at least a little weary! But, you are right there just cause someone goes to church doesn't mean ___

Me and the lady had agreed to meet outside her church around 7.30pm to go for a meal.Yet when I arrived at the church outside she was no where to be seen. After texting her again and again...she eventually replied.."I'm inside the church in a bible study!'..I wasn't too pleased as that wasn't the arrangement..anyhow I went off and found somewhere for us to eat.About 10 mins away.
When she did eventually emerge from her church a good hour or so later and I made it clear that I wasn't happy.(why didn't she late me know before how)..I am not one of those people who causes arguing ect..yet by her attitude it cause a argument..This was ment to be our 1st date!!!

Then when we arrived at the restaurant she wasn't happy with the restaurant I choose and moaned about the time as it was now nearer 9PM.

Eventually we called it a day!!(lol)

My dog is trained to FETCH the remote (and the cell phone) to me, so he'd better give it to me in one piece. He is really the ideal husband. Fetching things, picking up things i drop (comes in handy when I drop knitting pins) and emptying the laundry. I should have trained him to take out the garbage and fetch firewoods, too then I would not dream of getting a man ever again.

Well... If the dog submits to me, I will submit to a husband. There are some things a dog can't do, that would be nice to have a husband for... Eg fixing the router.

What kind of dogs do you raise?? Any dog that can't cook you a candle light dinner isn't worth their keep :p.

My dog's idea of a dream date would be a bowl of dog feed for two. That he will gladly empty himself. So I guess that would be close to being slightly worse than the date I wrote about earlier.
