My day is still kind of just starting :D I have been up for almost a couple of hours and am now at work having my morning coffee and perusing the forums :) It is not very busy and I have permission to be online. My coworker just had me turn on the radio for some tunes, and I am balancing my printing machine :) On my way to work, I noticed that it is about ten degrees Celsius cooler here today than it was last night when I was going home. This is good!

The ordained minister who leads one of the Bible studies I attend said last night that she did not believe Jesus was sinless. I have been aware for some time that their beliefs are quite at variance from mine, for instance, most in the group do not believe Jesus is God, but I have overlooked such things while adhering to what I believe to be true. I did point out that Jesus was tempted, He just did not sin, but she asserted that she believed He would have no power to save if He were not human just like her. Of course this again comes back to the rejection of His deity.

Sounds like a hectic day for you. It gets confusing sometimes. I don't recall any where in the bible which makes known "Jesus's mistakes/sins" to us. He was a sinless man, he bore all of our sins for our redemption, I think. Yeah.

Oh, no, it is not hectic at all :) I like it like this :D For years and years I worked incredibly hard and was very productive, and made many people rich haha, but now that digital has decimated my work load, I do not mind not being busy at work as long as I have something to do :) We do still have very busy periods, and then I am inundated with work. Feast or famine as they say :)

Yes, I ponder my purpose in this Bible study group. I do really like the people, even though their theology is not aligned with mine at all. I also like the fact that we meet regularly to study the Word, and read from multiple translations at once. The minister reads both Greek and Hebrew, and we often go off on wild tangents lively discussing all manner of things as we see them relative to what we are looking at in Scripture :) Of course anyone who denies the deity of God rejects the gospel of John, as they do. I accept the deity of Christ.

How is your day going?

Interesting one. My day? Less stressful today, I mist tell. Not something I get all the time. I work in a hotel which is pretty much energy-sapping. But again, I've just gotta do it cus I've got no other existing option for me. It's evening, can't help but think about what tomorrow's gonna bring. What church do you attend? You understand Greek and Hebrew? Nice.

Hotel work does sound hectic, always people coming and going, and tending to their needs. Is hotel work something you wanted to do? They call it the hospitality industry...

I work more behind the scenes as it were :D Dealing with the demands of the public on a regular basis does not appeal to me, knowing how unrealistic people can be in their expectations. I remember once when a person brought us a whole bunch of scanning work to do, and they left saying it was too expensive, and they were going to do it them self, but they were back a couple of days later, saying how time consuming it was, and too much for them to do. With digital people's expectations seem to have increased exponentially :p:D People also think things should be able to be done instantaneously, as if all we have to do is wave a magic wand or something LOL.

Oh, no, I do not understand Greek and Hebrew. It is the ordained minister who "leads" our Bible study who does :) When there is a wide variance between the translations being read, she will look up the text in the original languages, and we will discuss the possible reasons for the variations.

I attend a non denominational church. I do not attend the church of the group of people I have been speaking about. Do you do any Bible study? I would recommend it if you do not already, with people who are solidly grounded in the truth of God's Word. Yes, Jesus bore our sins for us :) He gave His human life to pay the sin debt of the world. Salvation is found in no other name :)

It is hectic, actually. Yes, I know it's referred to as "the hospitality industry" duhh! And no, it's not something I've always wanted to do. I work as an industrial trainee student, so it's temporary. You know, we humans lack the spirit of patience. It's only humane. Yeah, I do bible study with the brethren. It's fulfilling, I must tell. P.S thanks for the recommendation. :)
