It might be that you don't have the right flash update. Or that you haven't allowed flash in our settings. You could try another browser. I had to change from chrome to fireworks to make it work properly. Good luck.

Firefox rox.

If there are no users at all listed, something didn't load properly. How long has it been since you updated your flash player?

Also you might have a very slow connection. How long did you wait to see if it would load? On dial-up it takes forever and three years to get any kind of chat screen at all.

Or it might be blocked in your region for some reason, although I've never heard of such.

Sorry for all the possibilities, but we're shooting in the dark here. All of the ones I listed and all toinena listed could be the problem, or it might be something else.

You can also try to download the app on your phone. That has worked flawlessly for me on my Android. Yes. Sometimes it freezes, and sometimes I am thrown out, but I think that is the connection mostly.

Love Firefox.

Didn't say how you were trying to access it. Phone, tablet or pc.

We have a section for these kinds of questions, as well. User2User Tech. There's often at least one thread up on this subject, so it may pay to go browse through there.

I'm finding that forums are far better chat than the actual rooms are, it could of been for the best that you couldn't log in.

That sounds like you are using Chrome browser. It doesn't work on chrome because chrome doesn't use Flash. You have to use Mozilla Firefox instead. Here is the link to download it..

Yeah, what are we doing about the end of Flash? Even Adobe is telling people to stop using it. By February of next year (they say) the whole world should be on HTML5.

What will we do for the chatroom?
