mango
starfruit
buffalo meat
mustard greens
tuna fish casserole
canned spinach
I guess I don’t like most canned foods
hotdogs
grits
prunes, prune juice
vegetable juice
limabeans
asparagus
anything exotic or gamey- snails, octopus, grasshopper, pig snout, cow toungue (not that I’ve tasted them)
shellfish (allergic anyways)
even well done pork chops taste gamey to me
salmon
eggplant is growing on me
cauliflower is growing on me
carrots are growing on me (fresh better than cooked)
seaweed and tofu (don’t ask me about my childhood lol)
I only like sausage in breakfast foods- not on pizza or in lasagna
I don’t like chicken in tomato sauce, but a tomato slice on a chicken sandwich is fine

Oh and...

green eggs and ham. I will not eat them Sam I am.

(Kidding, we actually made green eggs and ham once- liked it just fine)

Olives, Pickles (don't ruin my burger please), Reeses(peanut butter and chocolate is a crime)

Oh my goodness, I don't think I've ever met someone who didn't like chocolate and peanut butter together!

Your memory fails you

Crunch Bars are okay. Mounds bars also okay. Refrigerated 3 Musketeers will do. But no caramel or peanut butter mixed with chocolate....ack. Who would DO that to a perfectly fantastic piece of chocolate?

That settles it. If we ever do have a forum meet-up we are meeting at a restaurant. I am NOT going to try to cook a meal for forum members. No matter what I cooked, five people would hate it.

FOODS I HATE: A comprehensive list:
Boiled okra.

Yup, that's the end of the list. I like sushi, I like just about all fruits and vegetables... that's my problem, I like too many kinds of food. That adds pounds to a person. But I cannot stand boiled okra. It's so slimy it slides right down and I'm never sure if I was planning to eat it or I've already eaten it or I thought I ate it but I didn't yet, or I ate it but thought I didn't because it slid down so fast...

One fine evening I threw a mess of boiled okra out the back door. The dogs came running to gobble up whatever it was I had tossed out. The first dog there scarfed up the whole mess, but it slid down so fast that he thought the second dog had got it... so the first dog got the okra, then turned and snapped at the second dog.

I really hate cilantro - which I realize isn't a food, but it totally ruins any food that it is put into!!

Can not eat Brussel sprouts or beets. I also do not like Chinese food but I like Thai food. Oh NO 1 or 2 percent milk...ugh.

I really hate cilantro - which I realize isn't a food, but it totally ruins any food that it is put into!!

Had to laugh at that one as I have been known to travel an extra 5 miles to go to the taco truck that has fresh cilantro..
