I walk, but it's just because I like walking, I don't workout in any way. But I consider myself fit, just from physical labor. Just the other day I had to move a bunch of dry wall, and I'm always having to walk up and down hills and slopes when running a weed eater.

How athletic am I?

That depends on how you categorize exercises in futility.

I have never been to the gym. Ever. Instead, I babysit toddlers who you are forever chasing or holding, I work with cows who you are forever pushing away or pulling towards you, I work on a farm where you don't think twice about carrying a 50lb bag of feed across the yard, I constantly run from place to place, and it is not uncommon for our kitchen table to be pushed back and our kitchen to be turned into a dance floor at a minute's notice. Athletic? Nah. Just sturdy and active :p.

I work out three times a week, but I wouldn't consider that athletic. I am working on my total flexibility and body strength though so I may (hopefully) consider myself athletic at some future point. Right now the most important exercises are fork put downs and table push aways.

I can do a record-breaking number of tablepushaways in a day :p.

I'm a bit athletic, over the years I've ran laps and actually like running(except on the asphalt track)I lifted weights at one school in place of gym,so I have experience with how to build up muscles in either category exercise,I work a job that requires heavy lifting, sometimes moving at a fast speed,I work a double shift every Tuesday and Saturday,so when I get home my athleticness is pretty much gone, because I just wanna sleep(after checking in here on Christian Chat of course)sometimes even setting an alarm doesn't wake me up or I hear it and am too sleepy and comfy in my bed to want to get up,though sometimes when my kid cousins are around I'll go plat outside with them,in the leaves or snow,or play video games with them,so as far as athleticness I do still have the potential and experience but, will power not so much.

Does constantly on the run count as exercise ? I miss when I used to go to the gym at 5:30 am and work my butt off.....unfortunately I didn't have the eating right down like I needed to. Now I know better how to eat for my condition, I never get to go to the gym. Bleh
