My cure for bad days:

Focus on work, listening to and singing worship songs, trying to be funny on CC (not always successfully so) and to take a long shower. I can also try to sleep the day away. Sometimes I pray that God will give me a heavy sleep and create something beautifully for me like he did to Adam while he was sleeping. Very often I wake up with a new guts to go on in life after that prayer. I haven't woken up to a brand new spouse, though. And I remind my self that God's love is endless and his mercy is new every morning. But I have to feel a bit on the misery before trying to get out of it. Trying to figure out what went wrong and why I feel like this.

Watch funny muppet show songs on youtube,or relaxing songs on there too, such as songs by john Denver and paul williams that are calming, and,I never harmed an onion or the cat came back both by Rolph, just to cheer me up!
If all else fails watch teen titans the original show,or if upset take anger on warriors and creatures on fighting games like warriors orochi, samurai warriors, final fantasy, legend of dragoon,or calm down by playing animal crossing,or watch a movie like country bears to fall asleep to.

This always make me laugh.

There is really no quick fix better than a good day of surf!

With that said, for bad days there is nothing better than praying, reading God's word, and watching some good bible studies on t.v..

I've never been surfing, but will have to try it! Spending time reading God's word is always a comfort though; do you have a favorite book of the Bible or passage that you turn to?

I usually have a song playlist on Spotify that says Happy Songs, but I always forget about it lol. Songs like Happy by Pharell, The Happy Song by Delirous? and another one by Jamie Grace Etc...If I am angry I will just count but if I upset that makes me usually in a better mood.

I have a ton of Bible passages highlighted in my Bible that I will read. Here are some other favorites (not in any particular order):

Garden
Knit
Go for a hike
Go downtown and get a treat
Help someone in need

Talking to a close friend always seems to help me. I process things verbally so having someone who loves me willing to graciously offer their time is such a gift. Another staple of mine is to pull up a sermon or christian ministry on you tube really seems to offer comfort.

Sunlight! 15 - 30 minutes a day of sun exposure is very beneficial. Winters coming :/ I need to make sure my body has an adequate supply of vitamin D.

I must admit, I dont really have bad days. All my days are good. I do have days that are difficult. God is my comfort. I listen to his word, or i listen to Christian music. Often times during either activity, I pour out tears. My go to comfort is time alone with God.
