Well if they castigated Obama for swatting a fly, they would certainly protest you vivisecting a mythological creature.
No, no, no... I think vivisections are cruel and inhumane!!! :( Most especially if the creature was half-human. Can you imagine? :( Just the expression of fear in its eyes alone would be enough for me to tell everyone to just let it go. :(

I can't have people thinking I'm a TOTAL monster  (just partially... a lot like these critters we've been talking about.) :)

I wouldn't want that kind of study to take place until after said being passed away (preferably from natural causes), and to be honest, I think I'd be a bit too squeamish to be present at the actual dissection.

I'd probably just wait for the YouTube video or better yet, for someone to make full-color diagrams, just like you'd see in a classroom, book, or at a doctor's office. :)

All the information but without the blood and gore!!

Is it even possible to be cruel and inhumane to a mythological creature? How can you be inhumane to something that doesn't exist?

And at the risk of sounding critical, your plan for getting the information sounds a lot like "Let somebody else get the information and then tell me about it." :p

So I just had to add another over-thinking thought to the end of this thread...

With all the fascination over half-human creatures, would a half-human being--have a soul? Would he/she be able to be saved, just like those of us who (claim to be) fully human?

I have often wondered if that's why God DIDN'T make any half-human hybrids... Just because man and animals seem to be in two very distinct classifications.
