The question becomes "What does the term "YOUR" heart represent in that passage?" The answer is:

"A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put My Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in My Statutes, and ye shall keep My Judgments, and do them... Without Me ye can do nothing"

(Ezekiel 36:26-27; John 15:5).

Thus, you're new heart and life according to His will. Which amazingly enough becomes YOUR heart!

Yes, ALL praise, honour and glory must go to Him – He is first and foremost and will not accept any other gods before Him, including the idols we can make in our hearts by excluding Him and putting the desires of our flesh first. Our faith must be in Him and not man. HALLELUJAH!
