Yeah, and I just had a little nap one hour nap on the couch. I go outside to sit in my favorite chair on the patio and then it starts to rain.

Darlene is going to the store to get us some fried chicken and fixings for dinner. I'm thinking about going upstairs and sit outside on our covered balcony and watch the ducks wading in the pond. They seem to enjoy the rain. Saw this gigantic turtle a few months ago out there. My wife says that there never has been a alligator sighting in the pond but I'm not about to test her theory and take a swim.

Many years ago while on a nature walk I saw this big alligator sunning himself on the shore of this lake. I snuck up behind him and gave him a gentle rap on the head with a stick. He immediately jumped in the lake and now I can't see him. I scrambled up this little incline to make myself scarce, falling several times in the process, worried that he was going to have me for lunch. The sign said not to feed the alligators. I guess that I didn't want to test that theory either.

I'm gonna get in trouble one of these days, that's fo sho. :)

Well LOL that's funny! Enjoy your fried chicken - sounds delicious! :)

I would like to try them, but I don't know whether you can get them over here :(
Apparently not. A minute Maid Tweet said that their products are manufactured according to the preferences of each country and do not offer them in the UK. You could probably purchase online but at a premium cost.

There is a thunderstorm brewin'
That's what I'm talking about! It is almost the time of year for afternoon thunderstorms each afternoon. The Tampa / St. Petersburg Florida area where I live is considered the lightning capitol of the world. I love a good storm with dark skies, some wind, lightning and torrential rain.

Marking my ketchup spot.....about 10 or 11 pages....you guys are killing me....lol

It looks like inanimate items have it as tough as us humans! But it helps not to have nerve ends and emotions doesn't it? Well, actually I wouldn't know I have all those things...it reminds me of my poor eggs going thru such circumstantial issues - LOL

Isn't it cool however how God made us like Himself in that we can be faithful to another.

It is good to be back, I will be trying to get on more often. Yeah, everything is going great, thanks to God. How are you and JesusLives doing?
We are still very much happily married and will be celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary on Nov 27. Looks like it is finally warming up in Maine a little bit, at least in Rockland where I lived for 8 years. I have never been to Caribou which is where I believe that you live, the furthest north I have been is in Bangor. I spent a month there in Jan 2007 on a demo project. Froze my *** off.

Anyway, it's passed now. I had to unplug everything. I don't know whether that's an actual thing people do or I'm just being paranoid, but it is how I was brought up
You're supposed to, but most people don't.

Actually, a wise thing to do, even with a power strip your electronics can get fried. My wife lost a TV during a lightning strike once. Me, I usually just take my chances because that's the way that I roll 'em. :)

It's felt like 90° in my room, hoping to get a ceiling fan.
Wouldn't a igloo be more efficient? Until it was time to suck up the water....good point - stick with the fan! I'm glad we had this conversation.

On the bright side I switched up my one firm pillow out of blankets into two pillows which seems to have gotten rid of my head pressure along with taking antibiotics, though not sure my ears are better yet,and the back of my skull feels caved in but not as painful as the head pressure, but unfortunately I haven't been able to sleep decently for about 2 days I guess due to the heat, been trying to sleep all day,the only way I can perceive having slept is because I've been having nightmares.

Yeah, those flirting CC threads made for quite a courtship giving a lot a peeps quite a treat for what we made public or were contemplating. After about a month though there was a lot of resentment from some of the single peeps and they started to criticize us for our public displays of affection.

I loved that Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band thread where we would sing songs to each other to display our feelings. I guess we had our 15 minutes of CC fame.

I'm always thrilled to see CC peeps find love on this site although it seems to be a rare thing. Also, a lot of peeps are really afraid to truly express their thoughts here because of lack of trust and vulnerability issues. To me, this is what this place is all about, everyone here is very real to me and I try to share little snippets of myself to let those that care know who I am and what I am about.

I fell in love through the aid of this site and I just wanted to share my excitement and joy. JesusLives feels the same way and is more than willing to share the adventure of how we came together and the physical and spiritual journey of our married life.

I'm sure that there are others as well who are willing to take a chance on romance, trusting in God to search and find the one of their heart's desire.

Many such journey's are possible.
