While it is the purpose of this site to provide Christian fellowship there have been quite a few romances as a result of this site. I met my wife on this site a month after I joined so anything is possible. It may be wise to give the other members a chance to get to know you by being a frequent contributor to the forums. There are a lot of interesting members that are worth knowing, supporting, praying for and lifting up. This can also be a fun, amusing and interesting place if given the chance. Regardless, I wish you well in this endeavor.
You might be looking for love, but actual fact. You could be looking for God, because God is love.
God is too wise to err. My advice to individuals would always be seek first the kingdom. The context of the scripture Matthew 6:33, Do not worry about what you shall eat or clothes you will wear. God says don't worry about those things the heathen is worried about those things. I take care of you and once you put me first I will add to you all the other things like wife and etc.
It is so beautiful when you constrain yourself and God brings that man or woman in your life and it is only God that can bring two individuals together.
But we need to have faith, that God is a rewarder of them, that diligently seek Him.
