I am not ashamed to admit that I am harboring some resentments to God because of:

1) Letting me born in a poor and corrupt country that is rife with crimes, political divisions, political corruptions and poverty.

2) Giving me a mother who does not support my dreams in life

3) Giving me a temperamental father

The question is SHOULD I STILL PRAY TO GOD DESPITE HARBORING SOME RESENTMENTS?

YES, you should still pray to Him. We all have crappy lives, whether some want to admit it or not... Doesn't mean we should stop praying to Him for what He HAS given us..

We worship God despite the evils of this world.
He's the only one we can truly depend on.

You posted a similarly senseless question nearly a month ago and now are at it again. A rather trollish question at that. Do you truly expect anyone here to say you Should resent God? Did anyone tell you that in your previous thread? Or that you shouldn't pray?
Your basis for 'resenting' God is so insignificant compared to the hell some people on this earth go through.
I recently saw a movie where a woman lost her only child to the foster system. On her way to court to win him back she was kidnapped, held for i believe nine years, raped and beaten regularly, while chained to the floor and using a bucket for a toilet. When she got pregnant he caused her to lose the baby. He eventually kidnapped two other women got one pregnant and they had to help raise the child while still captive. And through it all she never lost her faith, and even encouraged the other women to have faith.
So do i think your resentment is justified, and should affect your prayers, because your country (like every other country in the world) is corrupt and your parents weren't ideal? No.

We worship God for who He is, not for what He does or does not do.

In my life I can ask the question, “Why did this happen to me?” . I choose however to ask, “Why did this happen for me?”.

You greatly err in your understanding of God and the world we live in.
Everybody who is born is born into a real world that belongs to the Kingdom
of Satan. Whether rich or poor if you do not have a real relationship of love with
Jesus Christ as your Lord and God and Redeemer you are lost and blind.
Rich people who enjoy all the benefits of wealth now are particularly unfortunate
as they are unlikely to seek God and redemption.

Christianity began as the gospel of hope amongst the slaves and the poor
in the Roman Empire. Many such people were martyred and later hundreds
were slaughtered and fed to the lions for public entertainment.
They kept the faith and converted a multitude of others.

The gospel of salvation is not about the good life without tribulations now,
but is about seeking the reward of the salvation of one's soul and therefore
the promise of entering into the eternities - eternal life - with God.

There are many extremely poor and oppressed people in the Philippines
and they seek the blessings and goodness of Jesus in their lives despite
all that they suffer in the real world.
Blessed are the poor. Blessed are the meek.

And every one that has forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father,
or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive
a hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.

I'm sorry, brother, that you are going through all that. I have always wondered how people feel about God in countries that are not as economically comfortable.

Should you still pray to God despite the resentments you have towards him? I don't know. It's up to you. I'll say this though. If you believe in God, you should go to him in prayer and tell him how you feel. Our emotions fluctuate. Maybe right now you are feeling angry. It's understandable...we all go through that. But I have found that if you go to Jesus will all your emotions especially the ones that give us pain, like anger...you come out a different person. But you have to keep going to him. It's not going to be easy or quick. The more you do this, the better it gets.

You really cannot control life. You can't control everything that is happening around you or how people treat you. What you can control is how you react to those events and those people. You have to decide to choose God and to choose joy. It's up to you. But I really hope you run to him.

"Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord, praise ye the Lord"

Do you have breath ? Then yes you should praise/worship the Lord.

I worship and pray to God to give me strength to get me through my troubles in this world..

Ceasing to worship and pray to God will not bring these troubles that you list to an end.. It will just mean you will lose any hope of experiencing a perfect life upon the day of the Resurrection..

Abandoning God because of life's troubles is like abandoning a ship and diving into the ocean because you don't like the color of the curtains in your cabin...
