I remember back in high school, I was majorly crushing on my friend Jason who was a total music junkie whereas I was just your average teeny bopper that liked whatever was easy on the ears on the radio at the time. And so one day in art class we had a long conversation about music and I could tell that he was starting to lose interest because I knew jack all about the sort of music he was into and so he asked me what kind of music I liked and I told him I would write them down for him because there were "too many for me to remember" so later that night i signed up for a myspace account looked up some bands and wrote them down on a list. Next day I handed over that list and yeaaaaaa I could tell that he was impressed then he asked me to burn all of my cds of these bands that I "liked" for him so he could add it to his own collection. Then it hit me how royally screwed I was, said I would do and left it at that and so week after week he would ask me if i've burnt those cds and I didn't know what to do so kept on feeding more lies told him I sent them over to my friend in Sydney and was waiting for him to send them back lol I think from that he could tell I was lying. But we ended up hanging out more with him taking me out to shows and introducing me to more music. Although we did not end up dating I think from this experience I never really would've gained the sort of music interest I now have lol

Oh, jeez. You're starting to get me thinking about a girl I use to be friends with now. It's not a story worth telling- mainly because I don't want to.

I tell women things like Ive played some clubs in a couple of rock bands as a drummer, I like all kinds of music from heavy metal to classical and jazz, I used to have a car that I worked on and raced at a track, I've vacationed in Maui and Waikiki twice and have seen the sunset over Hana from Haleakela crater, I speak two languages (although I have trouble with one), I have flown as a pilot, and I have lived on both the east and west coasts of America.

Lol, when it comes to telling a white lie, I dont think I really have intentionally! Although the guy I like does like a lot of music and goes to ALOT of concerts so he'll mention a concert he is going to and I'll usually be like oooo that sounds like fun I wish I could go...which isnt a lie its just maybe not for the reasons he is guessing. I also struggle with my own music knoweldege so he'll mention a band and I dont know if I've heard of them or not cause I cant remember band names or song names for hte life of me, unless I hear them alot or htey are one of my faves. So I'll usually be like possibly what do the sing, than instantly look up the song...
Oh and I just thought of another funny time...Ok so I really dislike coffee, well the guy I liked at the time invited me to go out for cofee and I agreeded cause I know I could get hot cocoa or a chai tea lattee. Well when we get to the coffee shop he offers me a drink of his coffee and for some reason I just smile and say yeah of course, and take a sip and he asked how it was and I was like it was good...i added for coffee under my breath. I couldnt believe I had just drank the coffee despite knowing I disliked it just to impress this guy And in the end he ended up ignoring me, but whatevs I guess. It wasnt meant to be, and than my now ex made me try coffee to but he at least knew I didnt like it, he just couldnt understand why.

LOL i feel your pain but less. I once tried to impress a really new friend, so when she was driving by on her car I layed down on the hood (she was fully stopped) and pretended she hit me for fun. She laughed until she saw that I ended up denting the car hood and she never talked to me again.
Well at least I left out the part about being on television, having kung-fu skills like bruce lee, and being friends with a well-known porn actress before she went into porn (no, I didn't sleep with her).

Well Ive only been born-again as a christian for five years. I used to visit strip clubs regularly and she was a bartender at one. I used to keep her company and chat with her a lot. She gave me free drinks. I never dated her because I was too shy to ask her out. I always felt she was way out of my league. Anyway thats how I knew her.
