Saw this on Drudge report.

I assumed social media was making me feel lonely, I guess not.

Looking like single parents are the loneliest.

Who wants to drop by tonight? I have Netflix.

I understand about loneliness Tommy and pray that God provides the woman of your heart's desire that will be loving and faithful and will never betray your trust. I'm sure there is a woman somewhere that would love to snuggle with you on the couch and watch Netflix. I watched Netflix with my wife this afternoon. Love is a wonderful thing and I believe that love will find you one day, sooner rather than later.

I love that show! One of my all time favs. I think I've seen every episode at least twice :)

I saw another article on that same study... It says that young people in their 20's (millenials) are now LONELIER than older people over 72 years of age! :eek:

I found that quite shocking even though it was no surprise to me that young people now are very lonely. When I was growing up, people actually talked to each other face to face and spent time with each other in person... this generation does most of their talking online or in texts...

Its ironic because young people now have hundreds if not thousands of so-called 'friends', yet they are lonelier than ever...

Reminds me of a commercial from some years ago. The girl went on and on about having many friends on social media, and she was worried her parents didn’t have a social life. And yet her parents were out of the house doing things. Lol

when I worked for the chiropractor, I loved seeing elderly people talked to each other in the waiting room. 2 complete strangers having a conversation. :)
