The Word of God clearly teaches us that when we receive salvation for eternal life, we are made righteous and justified by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ. No good works or deeds can ever qualify us for this miracle, it's a gift from God. Then, as we grow in God and walk in our covenant relationship with Him, we learn how to live by faith that is motivated by our love for Him. Our faith in God and His Word pleases Him greatly, but without us acting on that faith, by deliberately doing what His Word instructs us to do, that faith becomes futile and holds no value at all. God's Word is full of principles and instructions that lead us and cause us to walk in the prosperous and fruitful path of His kingdom.
As we embrace His ways, and obey them with all our hearts, we will walk in His Devine protection and provision, and enjoy the privilege and benefits of His covenant blessing on our lives. Today, purpose in your heart to wholeheartedly embrace and obey God's Word, and expect to walk in the favor and grace it brings.
