Post a video from the weird side of youtube. We can then talk about what you posted.

So this is a very funny video of two guys selling Beanie Baby toys back in 1998. It's hilarious. Gloooory!!!! And for free...all you have to do is pay $2,000! Any of ya'll remember the Beanie Baby bubble? Did you guys collect them? As a toy collector myself, I surprisingly never had a Beanie Baby...I'm glad I wasn't part of that bandwagon.

My sons favorite is Chip the cat. He has had him since he was born, and to this day, nearly 8 years later, he won't sleep without it. We managed to find 2 more, just in case. I looked it up on ebay. It's from 1996, and in pristine condition, goes for $600.

I had Beanie babies... cheap from China. I sold them to some crazy woman in the USA.

My kids were here for spring break, I had to buy my son Jaden, the Siamese cat. He forgot and left him here. Now I have to take pictures and send them.

That's funny  Will pictures really cut the mustard? Well, my daughter is going to be 32 this summer, and she still collects Beanie Babies. I even buy them for her :D

I doubt it's the same thing to him. He seems to not adhust well to the divorce, and he needs something to hold.

Tommy, I'm sorry for you and your children. I assume your son is taking it harder because he is older and remembers more. It's how it was for me. :(

Magenta, my mom buys me the Holiday Barbie every year for Christmas. So I have at least 40 Barbies in their boxes right now. I say at least 40 because I have collected more throughout the years. I love em! I also have a few other toys that I have in my collection. Woody is one of my faves and the Power Rangers figurines from the 1990s.
It's really cool that your adult daughter still collects them and you buy them for her. I have gotten some negative comments about my own situation...but I just brush them off. :p If you ever get the chance...please send pics. I would love to see her collection!

LittleMermaid, I used to work with a woman who collected Barbies, also :) My daughter is not an avid collector or anything, but she has a few. I recognized that "TY" tag on one of the vid toys. I will see if she has any pics of her collection, or maybe she would be willing to take one and send it to me so I can show you :):):)

Hmm... that video tries to put on an air of impartiality, but I notice there are no dancing pancakes or french toast in the interlude... only a waffle. I think this video is biased in favor of waffles. And that's great! :D :D :D

HEY!!!!!

What is THIS doing here????

I just popped in for a light-hearted discussion about YouTube and Beanie Babies and... Why are you trying to give me Post Traumatic Rabbit-Gulping Syndrome all over again? :(

That's it.

I am definitely applying for an emotional support dragon:

(Hey, if that blond-haired chick on Game of Thrones can have THREE, someone around here can at least spare me ONE dragon.)

I'll just have my emotional support dragon eat that horrible rabbit-eating muppet, and there will once again be peace in the land.

Not to mention the fact that I will feel totally emotionally supported. :)
