Cute right? Those are real friends Viola. I love those parakeets, they are so sweet, I used to have a bunch of them a few years ago. It was funny and cute at the same time to see them ''kissing'' .

These two little darlings look like my pet parakeets that we had when I was a child.They were called Penny and Pepper. Penny, short for Penelope and Pepper, short for Pepperoni. I think the woman who was selling them named them that. Otherwise, I'm not sure where the name came from.

Yeah....I was thinking that they'd make good CC mascots, as a reminder that we can be different and have different purposes/jobs in life and still get along and enjoy each other's company .

WHAT IS THIS?!?!?!? I'm only gone for a day or so, and I log in to find a PM from Jilly that GreenNnice is trying to eat Snackers for dessert.

You won't get far Snacking on Snackers, Mr. Green. He's made from hardened ceramic, so be prepared to chip a few teeth if you try. However, his Amaranth-flower hair is technically edible, though probably not very appetizing. Feel free to munch away, Snackers has been bugging me for a new 'do for a month or so. I've got my eye on some Miscanthus plumes that might make an interesting mohawk............
