As for the poll...I took my first MB test ~8 years ago, as an INTJ. I have taken ~15 since then. All except for 3 were INTJ, with the others being INFJ.

While the description of characteristics is accurate, I was very surprised to see the label as "Nurturer." For some reason, I've never thought of myself as nurturing at all... just observant. And occasionally very vocal about it. If the "S" stood for "sarcasm", I'm sure I'd have a much higher score in that area.

The last time I took a personality test, until now, was back in the days when it was still Sanguine, Phlegmatic, etc. Is it a bad thing when you click on the score button and the computer freezes and this face comes up on the screen? I think the analysis (ISTJ) was fairly accurate except where it labeled me as a cold hearted jerk. Although I do find it difficult to express my own emotions, I have learned to have empathy with others.

Ha... too bad it's not like the placemat at a Chinese restaurant that tells you what year you are (I am a Tiger) and then lists all the other characters you're compatible with... and the ones you should supposedly stay away from.

I know you're pretty busy with classes, so we could just look it up I'm thinking it would be most helpful to know which types clearly don't get along.

The more I read about this, the more I find it to be spot on, even the stuff I'm not thrilled about.

A member gave me a link to this test a couple weeks ago and while I agreed with a lot of what was supposedly my description, I felt in total opposition to a few of the traits listed. My results were an INFJ- The Protector.
