You know, it would be nice to be a little different than everyone else, but I gotta go with the intelligence and emotional stability. The most beautiful woman in the world would drive me nuts quick if she couldn't carry a reasonable conversation about more than just the weather or other shallow topics. Likewise an emotionally unstable woman is a sure thing to cause me to disappear quick, I've dealt with too many of that type of fixer upper before.
I'm not exactly sure what they mean by emotionally unstable. Like are we talking about ON/OFF types that always have to be convinced that they are in fact in a relationship or Clingy/Codependant types who don't understand the concept of personal anything or Angry Controlling types who must be the center of the Universe.
Cause.... Intellegent is a must but, until I figure out how crazy we are talking about or how ugly I'm going to be torn.

Woman: *Wahhhhhhhh!!!!!*
Man: ???? O.O
Woman "I just yas didn't flak with the stubviet laminitesherible, and then I coudn't heoreifhhggy..." <*-incomprehensible mumbling and crying*
Man: Awe, hey there, its okay. *hug*
Woman: No its not okay!! *resumes crying*
Man: Can I do anything to make you feel better? (shopping, ice cream, walk, snuggle, listen, chores, out to dinner... etc)
Woman: no... you can't. :'(
Phone rings, her friend calls, tears stop, everything is better. Laughing and giggling ensue.
Man: (
) um.... I'm going to go... do... stuff... *facepalm*

booooooooooooooo thats cheating!!!!!
Now, I have heard that 4/3 of people have trouble with fractions...so maybe I used the fractions illegally. I am still scratching my head figuring out if I'm part of the 4 or part of the 3.
