Nope. Not an author.

Maybe I should start here. Hmmm...

Okay.

Once upon a there was this odd shaped egg looking thing. It looked like a gray limestone rock but without the sharp edges and protrusions and about the size of a watermelon.

Now if you were really really bored and were able to distinguish it from the rocks around it, you might see it move from time to time.
Now one day as the sun was shining in just the right way and also waa being reflected off the water of a nearby pond, the egg shaped pod thing started to crack. In a few minutes a little Krum emerged holding an axe! Glad to be free of that confined space.

He was feeling very victorious and held the little axe about his head in celebration! But being a brand new hatchling with very little strength he dropped the axe and the flat side hit him on the head and knocked him out.

As he lay there unconscious, a lady with 2 young daughters found him. Realizing what had happened the mother picked him up and carried him home. So he became the third sibling out of six.

Now after several decades he's a strong handsome...

See told you I'm no author!

And Lynx, this was the oldest thread I could find! Ha! Maybe that Krum hatched with a shovel in his hand!😜

But... But... But how did the axe get in the egg? You can't tell me it grew in there with the krum.

Darwin would have an enuretic fit...

Some details are not important and better left to the imagination.

I mean look at modern science! Haha.

Not good enough. You have offended both Christianity (if we assume God designed it to be born with an axe) and Evolutionists (if we assume it somehow evolved to have an axe grow with it in the egg.)

You got some 'splainin' to do.

I'm not an author. I already said that. 🙂
