Hmm lets see..

1. The parting of the Red Sea

2. Moses showing the Isrealites the Ten Commandments

3. Sodom and Gommorah being destroyed by the two angels

4. Jesus calming the sea

5. The final minutes when Jesus died on the Cross (when the sky turned dark and the earth shook and the curtain in the Temple was torn in half and the roman centurion exclaimed "This man truly was the Son of God!")

6. The first Christmas Eve - the night Jesus was born in the manger.

7. Michelangelo painting the Sistine Chapel

8. The Great Depression of the 1930's (to see everyone helping each other, neighbor helping neighbor to survive)

9. The liberation of the nazi concentration camps at the end of WWII

10. I would like to have known my grandparents.

My wife always said she is going to ask to see the movie of Jesus' whole ministry when she gets to heaven.

1. I remember watching it on the news, but I'd like to see the Berlin wall come down in person.
2. If I could get a birds eye view, I'd like to see the Normandy landing.
3. The moon landing.
4. Christ on the cross
5. David and Goliath, the ultimate MMA match.

There's a bunch of others, but it would take too long to write them all. So everyone know there aren't in any particular order.

To travel to just before the end of the world to report back what it was like, and when it will actually be; so people will stop speculating already!

However, then I would know the day and hour and Jesus said that no one knows the time or day, not even the Son; only the Father. Therefore, time travel will never happen since someone will want to go to the day the world ends. THERE. I just disproved the possibility of time travel :D Where's my Nobel Peace Prize?

1. To see what the Garden of Eden was like
2. To see the birth of my son
3. To see what the Temple was like
4. To see what this continent was like the day Columbus set foot on it
5. To see the pillar of fire and Red Sea crossing
6. To listen to Lincoln give the Gettysburg Address
7. To hear Kennedy's Ask Not speech
8. To hear Martin Luther King's I Have a Dream speech

I don't know if my heart could handle witnessing my Lord on the cross, but it would have been amazing to see the resurrection and ascension!

I would want to be no where near most bible times you guys are talking about. The parting of the red sea? seriously? Seemingly having no escape with thousands of pagan worshipers screaming for my at my back does not sound fun. The moment of "Truly this is the Son of God?" Again, being in the middle of an earthquake like, and having all my sins and wrongs reflected on while realizing the truth of Jesus. Terrifying.

The past? This may come as a suprise to some, but there are few places I'd like to go.

While the past has per lessons. I, friends, have always been more future-oriented.

Some of you said that you would like to witness the creation of the world. I want to travel the universe.

But what if God allowed you to see it without revealing the day or the hour to you? Like in a dream or something. It says that the sky would be black as sackcloth so the hour would be difficult if not impossible to discern. ;)

That must have made a huger impression on you, because you could only have been seven at the time.

Oh I don't think I could choose! I love history so I'm pretty sure I'd choose to travel back in time but to see the future would be pretty awesome... My first choice would probably be to see Europe back in the 1800's sometime.. I love books in that setting.

First as an aside, let me point out that I believe that God will never allow humanity to invent the ability to travel into the past. The future, sure. Einstein's theory of relativity already tells us how. But the past is meant to stay the way it is. You can't change it. God won't allow it. Its a personal belief of mine.

On the topic, I would love to see Jesus in the first century. Followed by every major event from the Bible. Followed by meeting every famous scientist in history.

By the way. Travelling into the past is theoretically possible. Professor Michiu Kaku explained how. You have to travel along Kerr black holes and through worm holes. According to the math its possible. But can we do it? I believe God won't allow it.
