The divorce rate around the world is super high. The dating game is getting old. The Mr Right or Mrs Right is not always who he/she say he/she is.
So how do we approach this love thing. I'm not a doctor, but I'm a psychology student. This is such a drag, but here goes.

1. Do not go into the relationship thinking he/she is the one. PEOPLE CHANGE.
2. Do not think about the now. Think about 5 years from now.
3.Agape(God's) Love is always stronger and better than Boyfriend, girlfriend, parent love etc.
4.Love him/her as a friend and a girlfriend if you can.(If bf/gf do not work, there still the friendship)
5. Last, but not least. If things do not turn out right. Do not be depress, sad, stress yourself about him/her(okay let admit it you will eventually), but not for too long if you can.

THAT ALL FOLKS. OH YEA. IT THE HOLIDAY. RELAX PEOPLE DO NOT THINK ABOUT YOURSELF "Oh no I'm so single, I feel so envious of couples etc" Relax there is more to life than having a boyfriend or a girlfriend. BELIEVE ME.

I pretty much agree with all of the statements except for number two. All I need to think about is the here and now because I can't see the future. Also, thinking so far ahead is likely to cause unwanted stress. For all I know, I might not be here tomorrow... I just take things day by day like Jesus said in Matt. 6:34. I understand that you are a psychology student, but try not to over-analyze things.
